I asked a question if there is a gripper arm for the drone, only an automatic answer. My answer is not answered, then I would not make a purchase there. If something is or has a concern, the questions will not be answered. I don't want to have to search out the answers if I asked the seller via email.

Item got lost in transit!

We purchased this drone along with other products and had it shipped to Croatia. The package containing the drone got mysteriously LOST! We have contacted SVB customer service but never received a reply. Be cautious when ordering valuable items and having them shipped to Eastern countries as these loststolen cases seem to be quite frequent in that geography.

Our answer

We send 2 parcels to croatia. The first one was delivered on Monday 24.6. at 12:05 received by LASAN and the second one was delivered on Wednesday 26.06. at 13:16 received by RADIC.
Please double check on our marina or harbourmaster.
