Not a good product anymore

I was buying this product for more than a decade. The quality of the product dropped significantly over the last years. The edges have become weak. The eyelets are poorly installed and cut the rope and fingers. The plastic corner enforcements don't enforce anything - they are purely decorative.

Quality of the product has dropped

The quality of the product has dropped significantly during last 10 years. The material has become noticeably thinner. The enforcement cable in the cover edges is thinner. The plastic corner enforcements have become decorative. The eyelets are poorly installed - don't cut your fingers, and easily fall out. The fabric is not as tear-resistant as it used to be - the cover easily delaminates into layers. Previosuly the cover lasted 8-10 years, nowadays 1-2 only. I don't recommend this product anymore.

UPS shipping is a disaster!

Good product, SVB processing as always great, unfortunately shipping via UPS! I have only had bad experiences with this, both professionally and privately, which unfortunately were confirmed again today. It is not possible to specify alternative storage locations, the time-consuming registration procedure in the UPS portal is annoying and without added value. The package was not placed in the garage (instead of being asked for on the doorbell), but outside in the rain, visible to everyone! It's good that it wasn't a plotter ...
