Fits... wobbles... has air
The antenna is stable and with the attached Windex it ensures order and space at the masthead. In the 0.9m version, the antenna has a gain of 3db, which is sufficient to receive and send signals in the marine radio range.

On the subject of fastening. I secure the nut with screw locking varnish. Nothing goes wrong and you don't have to worry about any loss. Sometimes it can be so simple...

top product idea
Finally a light and compact antenna with useful wind indicator. I have already tried different, but there is no turn. Finally a wind display free of interference. Receive transmission properties still to be tested.

Unfortunately, I cannot unconditionally recommend it
First of all, the package makes a good qualitative impression. However, I have not been able to fix the antenna on the 12m high mast so that it does not work mechanically and does not twist. By inserting it into the shaft at the cross, permanent blows are generated which, due to the additional moment of Windex, led to a release of the antenna. Fragile
The tightening nut is too weak.
With the inertia of the whip plus the weight of the antenna, mine cracked, and the antenna became loose to the point of destroying the threads.
It's a good product, but find a stronger nut or double it.

We also have the problem that the screw connection has come loose. Now the mast has to be placed again in order to renew or change the screw connection. Does SVB already have an idea?
