In fact, I will reorder the fenders as I have used 2 so far and have had good experiences. The fenders hold Prima well on the 22 mm railing tube, even on my slightly curved railing and are easy for my wife to put in place, i.e. they can be thrown off and easily put back on after hauling in, but they are quite tight on the 25 mm tube (as a test). Perfect for us because we quickly have fenders available at the front, e.g. when you enter the harbor between other boats.
The fender itself and the idea behind it are great, but a white fender constantly in the sun doesn't work at all. Everyone who sees this asks why are they so ugly with yellow stripes...well, because you can't wipe away sun damage and storing them in the cabin doesn't make much sense. If so then buy it in blue
Good idea, bad implementation The idea no fender baskets that take up space, no risk of injury on fender baskets, just clip onto the railing, done. The reality Despite the specification of 25-30mm railing (Fender A3) diameter, the fenders cannot be put up on the 30mm railing without greasing them with Vaseline (who does that?) or getting them extra wet (and beware of anyone who dries them) and once they have dried not again down, NO chance Our complaint at Lalizas was dismissed as a scatter in the manufacturing tolerances since then no reaction. CONCLUSION NOT RECOMMENDED, Dd significantly heavier than normal fender risk of injury and damage when violently attached to the railing. (I suffered a bruised rib when I tried to finally put the fender on the railing with all my body weight and strength.) The lady at the booth was not even able to put the fender (A3) on a 25mm railing which is the safest exhibition stand was attached.
