Functional with a flaw

I use this clip so that the cap doesn't blow away in the wind. The retaining clip is very functional and holds the cap firmly. The only flaw is the metal clips. Some of them have sharp or pointed edges and rub uncomfortably on the neck when you're only wearing a shirt. They should either be deburred better or made of plastic.
