Good filter. The water separator seems small to me in terms of volume. The thread did not fit my old crimped connection - had to tingle which cost me a lot of time.

Super Produkt, aber ein wenig zu teuer.

It is important to note that with this product, contrary to the description on the bottom, there is no drain plug for water. I just changed the filter insert for the first time and wanted to empty the housing via the drain plug beforehand. When I unscrewed the toggle screw, the whole filter disintegrated into its 3 components and the diesel spilled out everywhere. The toggle screw on the underside only holds the filter together with a continuous long screw from above. The construction is pretty pointless.
There is an almost identical filter with a water sensor; there you can see on the photos how it should be.

The original Delphi filters are shown, but the (hopefully matching) filters will be supplied by Hengst!

I haven't used the filter yet. But the central screw that holds everything together is very short. When assembling, you have to make sure that there is the same amount of thread at the top and bottom. If the screw is screwed in too far, the lower screw cannot be used. The whole thing would be much easier if the upper screw was 1cm longer. Of course, this is provided with an inch thread... have fun searching.

Disastrous ups delivery, packages arrived late and crushed cardboard boxes. Fortunately, nothing fragile was in it. In the future, I will ask myself questions before ordering something fragile. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with this product. After just one year in the open dinghy cockpit, the case is weathered and the connections rusted. Would not buy this anymore.

the thread pitch of the fittings does not correspond to the thread pitch of the separator filter !!! they are therefore unusable !!!!
