After the Hengst replacement filters we ordered didn't fit – the diameter was too small and the screw connection too large – we ordered filters specifically for our P4.21 from Vetus. And lo and behold, they were the same dimensions as the Hengst filters.
It seems that even Vetus doesn't remember what they installed back then – so it's not SVB's fault.
So the search continues for us.
