37,90 Euro für ein Plastik-Ersatzschaufelrad in fragwürdiger Materialqualität (das letzte hielt gerade ein Jahr) mit vier Unterlegscheiben, einer Sternscheibe und einer M-2-Mutter. Alles zusammen hat einen Wert von maximal 50 Cent, wenn es aus China kommt maximal zehn Cent inklusive Transport. Das ist eine Unverschämtheit, die sich SVB nicht leisten sollte. Da nützt auch der freundliche Hinweis des Service-Mitarbeiters auf extrem hohe Ersatzteilpreise von NASA/Target nichts. Das ist Kundenausnutzung, die an Sittenwidrigkeit grenzt.

The covers of the Clipper instruments do not withstand UV radiation. After about 2 years in the sun they fall to small Schnipseln. Here, the manufacturer should use a UV-resistant plastic.

Had three years ago I could not imagine that the covers of NASA are eaten by the sun after such a short time
