Product according to the description, but really, nearly 30 euros for a small plastic wheel with 2 magnets, it is to take the small veils like me for Onassis ...

37.90 euros for a plastic replacement paddle wheel in questionable material quality (the last one lasted just a year) with four washers, a star washer and an M-2 nut. Everything together has a value of a maximum of 50 cents, if it comes from China a maximum of ten cents including transport. That is an outrage that SVB should not afford. Even the friendly advice from the service employee about extremely high spare parts prices from NASA / Target is of no use. This is customer exploitation that borders on immorality.
Our answer
Auf die Preise der Hersteller haben wir nahezu keinen Einfluss. Liefern wir jedoch keine Ersatzteile, was soll dann der Kunde mit seiner beschädigten Anlage machen - wegschmeißen und neu kaufen ??

Ground socket for logger, this is already the third ground socket, the material is too weak, therefore cracks appear in the socket.
Our answer
Satt mit Sikka eindichten und nicht zu stark anziehen.

The covers of the Clipper instruments do not withstand UV radiation. After about 2 years in the sun, they turn into small snippets. Here the manufacturer should use a UV-resistant plastic.

I couldn't have imagined three years ago that NASA's cover caps would be eaten up by the sun after such a short time
