Bug

Former owner of a Raymarine ST1000, I wanted to upgrade to a SIMRAD TP32. 1) The black color makes the unit heat up more when it is sunny. 2) The controls are much less intuitive. 3) The mini screen on the Raymarine was very handy. 4) My unit completely loses the pedals from time to time, the cylinder going out then going in lock to lock suddenly, without stopping, without any explanation, in Nav mode. After looking on the forums and chatting in my nautical association, a lot of people have this problem with the TP32. It seems to be a software bug or a gyrocompass problem. 5) SIMRAD SAV does not exist. After-sales service NAVICO does not respond to emails. Cannot find the NAVICO after-sales service number. It will eventually be given to me by SVB but will deny the problem. 6) Fortunately, the SVB team is brilliant as usual!
