Zum Glück musste der Stab noch nicht eingesetzt werden. (Die Bewertungen sind vor dem Hintergrund zu sehen). Im Einsatzfall sollte man aber ganz sicher sein, wie das Produkt zu verwenden ist. Das ist aber schwierig, wenn die Einsatzbeschreibung nicht zum gelieferten Produkt passt. Die Schwierigkeit offenbart sich schon, wenn möglicherweise Vorgängerprodukt und neues Produkt zugleich auf der SVB Seite gezeigt werden. Der Kunde, in dem Fall ich, aber noch das ältere Produkt erhält.
Auch die Schnellanleitung auf dem Stab unterscheidet sich von der der Verpackung beiliegenden Schnellanleitung, die man im Ernstfall ganz sicher nicht noch raussuchen würde. Bei einem so wichtigen Sicherheitsprodukt muss der Lieferant für Eindeutigkeit sorgen.
