Entgegen der Katalogangabe passt der Keilriemen nicht zu einem Volvo-MD2040D

Trotz mehrerer Anrufe und einem Beratungsgespräch mit dem SVB-VP-Spezialisten passt der gelieferte Keilriemen nicht. Ich habe den richtigen Keilriemen nun bei einem VP-Händler bekommen. Nach seiner Aussage ist der Keilriemen eineindeutig der "MD2040D" zuzuordnen. Natürlich können Fehler bei der Artikel-Umschlüsselung passieren. Ärgerlich nur die anweisende und sture Reaktion auf SVB Seite.
