The well-made LED light produces a spotlight that can be dimmed down a bit. As a reading light maybe a bit bright, ideal for lighting a table. As a special feature the USB socket. Overall, recommended.

This is a quality product from Båtsystem. Good materials used, works perfectly and looks gorgeous.

The USB port is practical and the lamp itself is very stylish.

After 3 years in the Mediterranean, the chrome plating has chipped off everywhere and the lamp is unfortunately unsightly.

I replaced 8 reading lights, which were still in good working order after 14 years but had neither USB sockets nor dimmable, with this LEIA. Now, after 3 years, the chrome coating is flaking off on about half of the lamps (the boat does not have a moisture problem). The last time we sailed, the cabin smelled burnt and there was smoke - it took me a long time to figure out what it was. It was only in the evening, when we wanted to turn on the light, that I noticed that one LEIA was no longer working. I unscrewed it and all the electronics were completely burned. In my opinion, the product is therefore of poor quality (chrome plating) and dangerous (electronics). So after only 3 years, I will be throwing out all the LEIAs.
