Customer Service
It was a warranty replacement for the defective lamp. I'm satisfied with how the replacement was carried out, except for the fact that the invoice sent in error had to be cancelled. The lamp meets my expectations.

LED ceiling light
It fit perfectly (30cm version) as a replacement for the old one, a neon light (for a 1988 Dehler 35). Numerous adjustment possibilities during installation.

and she gets hot
The product description says "... does not generate high temperatures even after a long period of operation ...". I would contradict that. After only 5 minutes of burning, the lamp is so hot that you don't want to touch it with your bare fingers (in contrast to the previous product).

Not thought through
The cables are not marked as plus or minus. There is a male plug that has to be ordered separately, but its cables are not marked either. It would be so easy if there was a plus and a minus cable coming out of the strip that you could connect to your on-board cables. No, there is a female plug attached to the light strip and a male plug has to be ordered separately. You then cut it off, measure the resistance of the cables and connect them to the on-board cables.
In addition, the strips get quite hot and cannot be combined if you need more than 1 meter.
