Ordered by a French port on August 14, due to "death" of the fridge on the boat which arrived on the 17th morning despite the August bank holiday. Intact package with double packaging, intact the shrink wrap sealed by the manufacturer, however the shell has a small crack, evidently escaped the manufacturer's quality control. The fridge works properly. Immediate reporting with photos to SVB, we find a very kind and professionally super customer service. The refrigerator is returned with transport at their expense, replaced in a very short time with a perfect new refrigerator. Congratulations to SVB for fairness and customer service!
