Must be renewed regularly
For one reason or another, this check valve started to leak. When you renew it, it works fine for at least two years. Then it starts leaking, not always but every once in a while. Apparently something is missing that prevents the valve from closing.
The big question is why this doesn't happen when the valve is new. When you check the old valve, you can't see anything that would indicate that it was worn or that the rubber had hardened.
Sanimarin's electric toilet is very good, reliable and very easy to disassemble if the need arises.
It's been working for us for almost ten years without any problems, except for the occasional non-functioning of that non-return valve.
