Good quality
I am very satisfied, it works very well, no more annoying crank changes are necessary.

Winch crank Flipper
Very cool, it can stay permanently on the winch while sailing without getting in the way.

very good functionality
At first a bit "rickety" in handling but once you get used to it, the heavy old winch handles only remain on board as a reserve

Good, but takes some getting used to
A good idea in principle. But you have to instruct every crew member, and you can safely assume that the first tacks won't work, or that the jib won't be hauled in for a long time because the foredeck crew is struggling with the new handle. It will get better then...

Functional
Excellent product for handling the winch, when folded it does not interfere with handling the ropes.

Attractive but not yet developed
Under low load, no problem. On the other hand, under heavy load, the arm is raised and the crank becomes difficult to use. It would take some way of locking the arm in the open position, not just the handle. To be reserved in light air.
