Hallo Michael,
vermutlich sitzen die Lager fest (Schmutz, Salz).
Schnell Abhilfe: Griff in Süßwasser eintauchen und ausspülen. Sprühfett, z.B. Wet Protect https://www.svb.de/de/wet-protect-e-nautic.html, von unten an die Lager.
Ausführliche Wartung: Gelbe Kappe abnehmen, Griff losschrauben, Lager reinigen und ölen z.B. auch mit Wet Protect, wieder zusammensetzen. Wichtig, die Schraube wieder mit Loctite (violett) sichern!
