Cutting the T-rails amateurishly ....

As you can see from the attached pictures, the rails were simply cut lengthwise, with genoa rails the sliders should be positioned in the same position on both sides of the boat, i.e. the perforation on both rails should be almost the same...

Of course that's not possible here, all four rails were sawn clumsily and without understanding.
