Harken - tried and tested

after I sent back two defective blocks a week ago and rated them as bad (1 point), I now received 2 new ones that work perfectly as usual. The return was easy and the replacement was delivered quickly. Thanks for the quick processing.

I've only had Harken blocks on all my boats (Fin, Corsar, Fighter, and now speed feet 18) and loved them. The ball-bearing blocks still run extremely easily even after years. If you nudge them with your finger, even the small 29ers still run for about 1 second. On the other hand, the rollers of the two supplied blocks of 45 get caught and jammed, no sign of freewheeling. I also noticed that the flanks of the wheels are not so smooth and have rough, almost sharp-edged areas. Based on my experience so far, I can't believe it's coming from Harken. I look forward to the answer
