very effective

I used this product to connect an engine cooling water outlet hose to the exhaust pipe. If the strip is stretched well, it sticks perfectly and vulcanizes to form a perfect seal. I did not notice any leaks even after several hours of operation.
I also used it to make a seal between the through-hull and the suction tube of the marine toilet, nickel too.
I treasure the rest of the reel in case of need.
It is a VERY useful product on board any ship, even essential preventively.
