SVB did its utmost to find an alternative solution but the deadlines were incompatible. A refund of the product has been privileged. It is bad luck and SVB is not responsible. Beautiful device with a slight cosmetic defect

Since I wanted to install the device into an existing opening, I ordered a mounting frame as an accessory, as recommended by Raymarine. Unfortunately, no one informed me that the original cover no longer fits when using the mounting frame. So I had to subsequently order a new sunshade cover, which cost extra postage.
