It lacks consistency in the impacts of the cleat. It's of poor quality.
This part should serve as an impact absorber for the self-tacking jib clew on my Hanse 40. It's not suitable.
It hasn't survived a trip to sea. Honestly, it took about 10 hits when the sail went over the side, and they're ready to be thrown away. They can't withstand the impact; they've completely deformed and flattened.
