Quick installation... Just that the connections to the drain pipes of my shower were too small. I had to mount the lower part of my old pump on this new one...

Very easy to install very well and ideally adjustable by the rotatable pump head.

Very quiet and powerful, pump head can be rotated 360 degrees (the head in front of the blue ring) easy to install.

If you don't have much space, you can't build it well without accessories or craftsmanship. The pump was attached to the mounting holes provided on the Whale 8L tank. The hose connections on the pump point in the opposite direction. That can't be changed either... a 90 degree Bend is not included...If the connections are horizontal, you cannot access the drain connection from the tank...unless you lay a large bend in the hose without a kink or wrap it around the tank once....If the connections are vertical, the suction hose must down through a board etc or the tank has to be 10-20 cm higher....so flat on the ground is not possible...I would have hoped for more. The pump starts and also pumps a moment longer before it stops again. The pump isn't that extremely quiet either, the normal electric pump was quieter. There should also be a vent on the tank... if that's not the case, the pump sucks the standing water out of the pipe bend from the shower drain hose Then you can hear the nice suction noise in the shower through the drain. Finally I installed the system so that the shower washer no longer runs into the bilge via the leaking clamp lid on the standard shower tank if the float or the pump jams again ...At least that works.. Conclusion It is tight...but a lot of money and 4 hours for installation.....
