engine blocked by rust

After a few weeks of use, water leaked through the oil seal between the pump body and the electric motor, which rusted until the rotor jammed. The fault comes from the quality of the oil seal. The pump was installed horizontally. SVB refuses to acknowledge the problem and exchange the pump under warranty. They are thus losing a customer.
