This pump replace a similar pump after just 4 years of limited service. The pump it self is great but there is a 2 Euro Omron micro switch built into the pressure switch at the bottom and that failed. Sourcing a new normally open switch turned out to be impossible in Portugal where I was at that time. Johnson has a complete pressure switch assembly as spare but it turned out to be faster to replace the entire pump.
After accepting that the best solution was a new pump assembly, it should be mentioned that it took 2 weeks for the pump to reach me, mainly due to DHL being very slow.
