In my opinion, at least the diesel plague hasn't gotten any worse. Of course, the stuff doesn't dissolve the clumps of mucus, so it's difficult to judge whether the microorganisms are actually dead. But the boat has been running with diesel pollution for many years without any problems. I also filter out the clumps of mucus every year and use Liqui Moly.
