The inner surface offers excellent grip. The size runs a bit small in my opinion. I usually wear a size 9 in gloves, which apparently corresponds to an XL in Gill gloves. I wear a size L in Musto gloves.

Great gloves if you're at the helm for longer periods in cold weather.

If your hand circumference is 23.5 cm, size L is too small, then XL is the right choice!

I ordered the gloves as a precaution for the cool and wet season. The delivery was quick and the gloves are well made as usual. Unfortunately, the fit was not optimal. Although ordered the correct size according to the size chart (23cm L), the gloves are uncomfortably tight and pinch on both the right and left. This is probably due to the fact that the gloves are thicker and lined. I'm deducting a star because the size isn't the best.

I later ordered the size XL and it fits my hands perfectly. Ergo The gloves are great, but you should order one size larger if necessary. The size that didn't fit me went back to SVB without any problems.

I'm a paddler, I paddle in the winter too, and I usually can't do it without gloves!
My hands and gloves always get splashed or dripped water, and if it rains or snows they get even wetter.
These gloves let water through more quickly than my old gloves!
