It works very well
It has a fairly long range, it works without interruptions, although the materials don't seem great to me, like everything in the nautical industry it's overpriced, it doesn't have IP for wet conditions, the buttons could be bigger, you have to press them well for it to work.
In general I'm happy with the purchase and it does the desired function, very easy to install.

Problem solved
I installed this system last year and everything worked fine. This year only the chain counter works. Information taken from Lofrans after-sales service turns out that if the voltage is lower than the battery voltage the control will not work. Hello and thank you very much for your quick response. The voltage drop was due to oxidation of the cable and fuse terminals. However, the installation is only 1 year old with quality elements.
After changing the cable now everything works very well.

Valid help in anchoring
Finally I can lower and set sail again directly from the cockpit at the helm. Very useful when I browse alone .

Good product, the only flaw is the delay between pressing the button and performing the rotation. In the manual there are no assembly instructions for vertical axis anchor windlass

Good product for little money
The solution for the connections of the electrical system are sensible. There are no screw points, you just have to fix it with double-sided adhesive tape. The product had unsuccessful delivery problems. I waited 6 on the first order and then gave up. Waited another 4 months for the second order

Cheap for expensive
I really wanted the counter function. That's the only reason I bought it. I've already tested the range. Excellent; I placed the transmitter in the anchor locker and walked 30 meters. Only then did the signal drop out. Otherwise, the transmitter is made of cheap plastic. The cable entry is waterproof (at least one PG fitting is), but the rear fitting has no seal. The worst part is that the remote control's charging port isn't USB-C (even if it's not legally required). I'd be ashamed to offer something like that. The retailers should speak up, too.

Remote control with long response time
This remote control has the advantage that the chain length is shown on a display on the remote control. Installation is well described and relatively simple. The sensor was already installed as standard on a Quick anchor winch, which made connection even easier. Commissioning is easy and well described.
Major disadvantage The reaction time of the remote control unit (transmitter and receiver) is very slow and takes a few seconds. This is often a problem when pulling in the anchor. The anchor and the chain are pulled against the stop with great tension. This sometimes triggers the anchor winch's safety device. This can quickly lead to stressful situations for a single-handed sailor if you don't notice it before using it again. 4 out of 10 points.
Shipping and packaging OK, the remote control housing is made of rubber, which is slightly smeared with a white substance (perhaps talcum powder). It definitely doesn't look nice.
Finally, I would like to mention the electrical connection for charging the remote control. This is realized by an old Micro USB connector, although a USB-C connector is now the standard for charging functions.
