Finally drip-free refueling
The canister is easy to use. If handled correctly, no more fuel will get into the water.

Stable and a filler neck that is leak-proof.
Highly recommended.

Finally refuel without spilling
I didn't believe it, but refueling with this spout really works without dripping.

just arrived, looks good
Compared to my other 3 old diesel canisters, which all leak at the cap, this one has 1. a good seal in the lid and 2. the thread on the canister is solid.
With the other canisters (all different) it was always the canister that deformed at the thread and became leaky as a result...
In addition, the canister is more solid than the others, and you can't just squeeze this one with 2 hands (like the black one that is also offered here).

easy to use
The locking closure is very good.
Be careful of the risk of losing the moving part of the cap when you undo it.

How to jam the spout?
It is true that the canister gives a solid impression. In my opinion, however, the spout must be stored inside the canister because the rubber seal is on the spout. This means that the spout is in the fuel and when you remove the spout, fuel will drip out and your fingers will also come into contact with the fuel. That can't be the point. Or am I seeing something wrong?

The canister is not sealed
No matter how tightly you screw the lid on the canister, it won't be airtight. Transport in a vehicle is impossible.
The seal is not airtight.
I bought and filled two 10-liter jerrycans.

During transport, one of the jerrycans was slightly tilted and leaked. Testing showed that the same problem occurred with the second jerrycan.

A huge mess! I had to empty both jerrycans into the tank using a siphon pump and then dispose of them. I don't even want to imagine the mess it would be if you stored such jerrycans in the lazarette and all the diesel spilled into the lockers and bilge when the boat heeled.

Unfortunately, the review requires you to specify which boat you are using the product on. The possibility of not being able to use the product at all is not accounted for.

Unsuitable
The spout hangs inside the canister when closed. To open it, you have to pull out the spout, which is completely submerged in fuel, and attach it to the canister. A mess of fuel is unavoidable. In my opinion, the canister is not functional!

Leaks and is not suitable for refilling small AB tanks.
The seal on my jerrycan was slightly too large, so it slipped off when I tightened the spout, and some fuel spilled during refueling. In my opinion, the jerrycan isn't suitable for refueling dinghies with small outboards, such as the Honda 2.3. The outlet is released by pressing the spout against the outboard's tank. The fuel then shoots into the outboard so quickly that the small tank overflows. I've tried it several times. It probably works with large tanks that completely fill the jerrycan, but with small outboards, you make a huge mess in the dinghy! Other jerrycans have a flexible spout, allowing you to tilt the jerrycan slightly and refill the outboard tank slowly. I now use one of these, and I no longer have a mess in my dinghy.

PRODUCT TO AVOID if you want a canister without fuel leaks!!!
VERY DISSATISFIED, the closure system is not watertight; the gasket twists when the cap is screwed on, deforming irreparably, making the closure NON-WATERPROOF.

AVOID THIS PRODUCT if you want a fuel canister that won't leak.

Licks
By far the worst canister I've ever bought. The sealing ring is completely wrong for the product; it constantly pushes itself down. No matter what you do, it leaks everywhere. Don't buy it.

Target missed
We bought the canister to refuel our motorboat. The materials are very good, and the canister appears solid at first glance. The valve also works and serves its purpose. However, after just the second use, gasoline leaked over our hands and onto the deck. The screw-on filler neck simply doesn't seal. This is due to the rubber ring in the neck, which doesn't insert properly. As soon as you unscrew the neck, the rubber ring comes loose and slips out of place. We've tried countless times, even looking for alternative rubber rings – to no avail. We now use it by leaving the neck screwed on. This makes it a bit bulky, and it always smells a bit of fuel. It's a real shame.

Good idea, but doesn't work
What works well is that the nozzle seals itself if it's not pressed down.
However, the seals for the nozzle are a disaster. It worked fine the first few times, but then not anymore (perhaps the seals swelled?). It's almost impossible to unscrew the cap or nozzle without fuel spilling everywhere. If you don't screw it on with all your strength, it won't seal.
I can only warn against it. In my opinion, it's a completely useless product!
