Easy to use
Easy to use. A positive thing was that the nozzle did not clog between uses.
Note. This package size is quite lagre and there is enough sealant for multiple connections.

Does what it should, bronze fitting with brass ball valve, everything tight
I would never use anything else, it is expensive, but it makes installation (because there is always a lack of space to move) and alignment of the tap, angle, etc. really easy, because nothing has to be screwed on with force, like with hemp or something similar.
You turn it as far as you can to where you need it, the seal does the rest.
Reacts very quickly with the metal, as soon as you screw it on, it was already tight.

too expensive because the container is too large.
Loctite 722 in a smaller container would be useful for the skipper, who has only just a thread to seal.

The product info is in the future, it took me a lot of time to find out how much I should - depending on the threaded stakes. With the result I was very satisfied, however, if you have accidentally missed the angle, it can only be solved with the heatgun. The bottle with which the mass is to be kneaded before processing is not really user-friendly.

Doesn't always seal
Definitely not a bad material; I was able to get my new TruDesign seacocks to seal 2 out of 5 times with it.
TruDesign seacocks cannot be sealed
I watched several tutorials on the subject, but unfortunately, I couldn't get my TruDesign seacocks permanently sealed. Perhaps I wound the sealant too neatly or too precisely—it's hard to say.

In any case, it was an enormous amount of work to completely remove and reseal all seven seacocks. For the second attempt, I opted for Sikaflex. Sure, the seal is much harder to undo later, but ultimately, absolute watertightness is my priority. The boat simply has to be reliably watertight.

Nobody needs that
Extremely expensive and very sensitive to use. Simply wrapping the thread around isn't enough for a seal. Instead, you have to wrap it crisscrossing and thickly; then it might work.

A bit of Teflon tape and a dab of Sikaflex achieves the same result. And with Sika, you know it seals.
Our answer
Moin Axel B.,
