Water tastes like plastic

I installed the tank last year (purchased from SVB 062023). Unfortunately, while on vacation I discovered that the water quickly began to taste like plastic and the taste became stronger day by day.
The water hoses used are from Lilie and are certified accordingly.

Unfortunately, it was a rather expensive bad investment, so I'm now looking for an alternative.
