Unsuitable pump seal

The seal support and the seawater pump seal did not fit on my Suzuki DF 2.5. See photo. Version problem? Nothing is specified in the description. I adapted the joint but the support could not be used.
Another detail: the pin for the propeller is too short;
RAS for the rest of the kit.
I am attaching a photo of the superimposed supports.
