I was looking for a jacket for year-round use, especially for the colder months on the water. I wasn't disappointed. I ordered the jacket in XL even though I usually wear L, because I wear several layers underneath in winter, including a fur jacket and a T-shirt.

Fits great, zippers are neat and nice and warm. So far, I haven't been disappointed.

With 170 68 kg I decided on M - The jacket as the third layer (T-shirt, soft shell, dungarees and then jacket) convinces with very good freedom of movement - At first I thought the sleeves were too long - But with movements in front of the mirror which usually occur on the mast or on the winch, I almost had the feeling that I wasn't wearing a jacket at all. There are 4 (!) warming, lined hand pockets, at the top of the chest and behind the cargo pockets on the hips. (can't be seen from the pictures). The jacket is cut much longer than expected, similar to a Parker. TOP !! Thus, it offers protection against cold and wet, because you can sit on your own jacket. Hood is easy to adjust - preferably with a cap on your head. Room for improvement 1. I hate velcro! These annoy with gloves. Unfortunately there are no more jackets without Velcro. 2. Velcro cuffs could be deflected - This used to be standard on premium jackets and worked with one hand if the sleeve needed to be pulled really tight. The inside pocket at chest height is useful, big enough for XXL mobile phones - I would like two of these pockets on the left and right. 3. The mouth and nose protection should be removable. This is a little annoying - can be stuffed into the collar, but you can still feel it...

It does not withstand heavy rain for a long time. It gets soaked.
