Installation itself is not a problem. Price completely overpriced, but probably SVB can't help it either. For the price you can actually ask for a fan to be installed that is significantly quieter. The one from the removed device (approx. 20 years old) was not significantly louder.
After the warranty expires I will definitely install a quieter one.
