Apparently I bought an old product. Half of the R134 coolant is missing, which is why only the lower half of the condenser is cooling.
The whole thing looked pretty worn when I unpacked it. The rubbers that held the pipes together were all rotten.
But because everything else looked new, I assembled the whole thing and when I started it up I found that the plate was only cooling halfway. I assume that the whole thing had been standing somewhere in a hot warehouse and the coolant evaporated. I can't imagine it any other way.
Refilling it cost an extra 60 EUR and I was left with the costs.
For your money you expect to get new goods and not dumped items from the last decade. So I don't recommend it.
