Very loud

I was shocked by the noise level of the fan built into the compressor. The fan is almost as loud as a helicopter and unsuitable for our needs in this configuration.

I have since replaced the original fan with a super-silent PC fan, which has already significantly reduced the noise level.

When I purchased the compressor, I assumed that the fan connected to the control unit would have its speed regulated as needed to minimize noise. However, this does not appear to be the case.
