After 3 years of daily use of this product, I am completely satisfied with it.
The hose holds well and has good flexibility.
The touch switch works very well with 5 positions: Off, low white, medium white, high white, and red.
On my boat, I installed it at the entrance to the companionway to provide lighting both inside and out.
No complaints.

I also have a Hella Marine flexible light, which I am less satisfied with (more expensive, less functional, and uses more energy).

The red light is too dim, even for nighttime use.
The attachment to the base with just one screw is wobbly.

I printed a clamp to hold the gooseneck in place; otherwise, the lamp wobbles due to the weight in the base (ceiling mount).

I would buy it again.
