As always, excellent customer service at SVB!

In March 2025, I ordered most of my navigation instruments, radar, plotter (Axiom 16" and Axiom 12"), as well as a new autopilot and a new drive system from SVB.

The goods were delivered on time in the spring. However, I wasn't able to install the components until October 2025. SVB very kindly took back the Axiom 16" and a few small parts, charging only a very fair contribution towards costs. SVB was a great help.

This Vetus aerator is used to ventilate the exhaust system. Without this ventilation, the engine will suck back the seawater when it cools down after being switched off. This can result in water hammer.
