Self tailing effective but not suitable for 10mm ropes

Installation is quite easy (Lewmar 8 winch).
I installed one ring cold and the other after a hot water bath. There was no difference in ease of installation.
The notches under the jammer are effective, however, it is very difficult to jam 10mm sheets into the jammer on the part number 70100.

After more than 20 years I replaced the winchers I had and with which I had been very satisfied due to the inevitable signs of wear. They are a very efficient solution. The installation is a bit challenging but following instructions and common sense I did it!

Hard to install but works as expected

They are two rather expensive pieces of rubber whose installation is quite "difficult", but they do their job. The quality of the rubber however seems suitable for the effort they will have to sustain. A serious review should only be done after using them for a year and understanding any limitations, defects, tears, and consumption. for this I don't give 5 stars. However, I hope not to find these cases.
