Product of good quality, the previous worked for eight years intensively before giving up the ghost.

The pump is ok, it works as described. Was installed as a replacement for my old pump. The product is ok.

Practical small pump. However, also with a clear inclination to "incontinence"! Therefore, order the repair set at the same time. After 3 years you know why ..........

Not a bad product, but unfortunately it is no longer tight after a few years and then drips (initially unnoticed) fresh water into the ship - very annoying.

compact foot pump
The foot pump itself isn't bad. Unfortunately, it quickly develops leaks and continues to leak even without pumping. Even replacing all the seals (using the repair kit) only provides temporary relief. I've now replaced the pump with a decent electric pump.

We used the Whale foot pump for eight years. We couldn't determine how old the pump really was. During that time, the pump destroyed our drinking water supply twice: once, the hose slipped, then the seals gave out, which led to a new purchase because the replacement parts couldn't be installed - the screw connections were completely rusted.

Unfortunately, the new pump has the same weak points: The hose connections are mirror-smooth, and the screws are still made of a rust-prone material. What a shame.
