It is for me now the second Ersatzfussstück (basis), since the Erstausstattung and the first replacement delivery in the connection pipe between WC and pump are torn. Cause of the damage unknown. The foot piece now and the foot piece delivered three years ago are slightly different. The difference became relevant only in the provided screw holes for the attachment of the pump. These are now intended for 5mm screws while it used to be for 4mm screws. So in the new installation appropriate replacement screws ready.

Constantly leaking because there is obviously no quality control at Jabsco!

Came in the original unopened Jabsco box. Unfortunately, it was assembled without the seal between the bowl and the lower part, so it was always leaking and only noticed after I disassembled everything! That doesn't work Jabsco!!! Called customer service at SVB during the sailing trip in Croatia to complain. Answer write an email and someone will contact you! But I called extra and actually expected to be told "We will send the seal to you immediately free of charge". Wouldn't have helped me in Croatia, but at least I wouldn't be mad at SVB!

Excellent product for the replacement of the Jabsco toilet dating from the 90s. Easy and without any difficulty
Except that....
I ordered 2 Jabsco toilets to replace the bb and starboard toilets, one arrived in Nice, porcelain bowl broken, SVB sending another free of charge ..... because of the very very poor original Jabsco paper packaging the 2nd toilet also arrived completely destroyed. Let's hope Jabsco changes its packaging quickly

Unsuitable packaging

The cuvette is broken in the Jabsco packaging. We assume that the package must have fallen during transport. The bowl is not at all protected inside the box, it's not smart !!! . On the packaging of svb, there is no mention "Fragile". We are waiting to be contacted by SVB to show them the photos. Will there be compensation?
