I welded on this anode as described - after two seasons in salt water no significant wear and tear - that's no wonder - zinc is more noble than aluminum in terms of electrochemical potential - in this respect the product description is misleading - in my opinion these anodes are not suitable for aluminum yachts - I have now ordered aluminum indium anodes elsewhere

Unfortunately you didn't send me a zinc anode for aluminum ships with aluminum webbing, but a normal zinc anode. Since I only noticed the error when the boat was berthed and the boat was lowered into the water, I screwed on the normal zinc anode. I hope I didn't make a mistake with that.
