I use this primer as 3rd layer for permanent rust preservation of older cars. Has proven to be excellent. Unlike the products from the automotive sector. The 1st and 2nd layers are BOB rust sealant and BOB primer. After that is almost forever rest before further corrosion. Topcoating with all paint types, as usual in the automotive sector, possible.

I had a question about the product (Can you apply 1K Brilliant Gloss over Light Primer?) and called Hempel. They said, "You will be called back." After two days of inquiries, they said, "You will be called back." Another email. This remained unanswered. After a week, they said, "You will be called back." Three weeks later, I wrote a letter of complaint to management. Finally, after four weeks, I received an answer to my question about its use (it works). In the meantime, I contacted SVB, but unfortunately they gave me the wrong answer (it doesn't work, you need a 1K primer). Result: wasted time, duplicate work, and unnecessary money wasted. A positive aspect of SVB: All items are shipped very quickly, and they make every effort to respond to phone inquiries.
