I have already ordered from you for more than €10,000.
However, there is a significant problem with my current order. The winch (€3,000), which I prepaid for, was supposed to be available from April 21st according to the online catalog, which is why I ordered it.
According to the friendly contact at your mail-order company, it will now not be delivered until mid-June, two months later. This delay is causing me major problems because the boat builder and electrician had already been booked.
Can I expect any compensation in this matter?
