Regarding last order and delivery

First, the money was debited.

A few days later, the package arrived, but it was torn open and incomplete. I refused delivery and returned it.

About a week later, a new package arrived; it wasn't damaged. Upon opening it, the propeller anode fell out in two separate pieces. There were no stainless steel screws included to attach the anode to the propeller. Normally, there are four screws. The SVB catalog was also missing!
