This is how to make a complaint...
This was actually a second order, as the first order from SVB was supposed to be shipped via UPS. SVB handed the goods over to UPS within four hours, one morning after I placed my order.
However, on the same day, UPS pressured me to pick up the delivery from a store in the next town (instead of delivering it to the specified address) and then rambled on about a failed handover due to a lack of authorization (signature).
My complaint to SVB customer service resulted in me receiving a replacement shipment within 27 hours, this time delivered and handed over to my door by DHL.
It couldn't be better.
