Order placed on Wednesday, April 8th. SVB informed me that the material was in stock and was about to be shipped for delivery no later than Tuesday the 14th. Having received no notification, on Monday the 13th they informed me that the package had not been prepared and that it would be shipped on the 13th.
It arrived Thursday afternoon, the day agreed upon with the shipyard for the launch! So, there were problems with the shipyard regarding the arrival of other boats.

UPS problems

The service from their end was excellent. However, UPS postponed the scheduled delivery date by six days without any apparent reason, forcing me to pick up the package myself at the UPS Access Point so I could use the ordered goods over the weekend.
