Deliveries via UPS are not customer-friendly.
SVB entrusted the delivery of the goods to UPS. However, as is well known, UPS often doesn't bother to actually attempt delivery to private addresses. In this case, too, the delivery notification was immediately followed by a message stating that delivery had failed. The goods were then left at a mobile phone shop a 15-minute drive away. If SVB continues to rely on UPS as their delivery partner, I (even as a long-time customer) will refrain from making further purchases from SVB.
