Despite the expensive overnight express service, the delivery arrived three days late.
Last Wednesday (April 8, 2026), I placed an order, which I then upgraded to overnight express delivery on the morning of April 9 for an additional €18. This was supposed to arrive on Friday, April 10, as the part in question needed to be installed over the weekend.
The part ultimately arrived on Monday, April 13, two business days late. Therefore, it couldn't be installed over the weekend as planned, which is now causing delays in my repair process and potentially additional costs.
